I am a Midwestern girl, currently residing just minutes away from the oceanfront. While my last paycheck labeled me as a newspaper copy editor, I am still trying to figure out what I want to be when I grow up.

At the risk of sounding trite, I enjoy long walks on the beach, a great glass of wine in the company of a good book, mastering a delicious recipe, taking on new adventures, and sharing time with family and friends.

It doesn’t take much to entertain me. Just give me a notebook and a pen, and I’ll easily entertain myself. These are just a sampling of my thoughts and scribbles.
